Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy explains how Won66 Casino uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use its website and related online services. It describes what cookies are, why they are used, the choices available to you and how cookie settings may affect your experience. This policy should be read together with any applicable Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Won66 Casino operates under a licence issued by the Northern Territory Government of Australia and a Curaçao licence held by Gaming Services Provider N.V. Game outcomes are RNG-certified by iTech Labs and the platform carries IOvations certification.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files or similar data files that may be placed on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or another device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise a device, remember certain information and support functions during and between visits. Cookies do not usually contain information that directly identifies you, although information connected with a cookie may sometimes be linked with account, device or usage information.
Won66 Casino may also use related technologies, including pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage and device identifiers. In this policy, the term cookies includes these technologies where they perform a similar function. Some cookies are placed by Won66 Casino, while others may be placed by service providers that help operate, protect, analyse or improve the website.
Cookies can be session cookies or persistent cookies. Session cookies are generally removed when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until you remove them. The length of time a cookie remains available depends on its purpose, its settings and the service that placed it.
2. How we use cookies
Cookies help Won66 Casino provide a functional, secure and consistent online service. The cookies used on the website may serve different purposes. Not every cookie is used on every page, and the availability of particular cookies may change as the website, services or technical systems are updated.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for core website functions. They may support account access, page navigation, session management, security controls, fraud prevention, responsible access controls and the delivery of requested services. Without these cookies, some parts of the website may not operate correctly. Because they are necessary for the requested service, they may not be disabled through all preference tools.
Preference and functionality cookies
These cookies remember choices you make, such as language, region, display preferences or other settings. They can help make your visit more convenient by reducing the need to enter the same information repeatedly. If you disable them, the website may not remember your preferences and some features may be less personalised.
Performance and analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, including which pages are viewed, how visitors move through the site and whether pages or features perform as expected. The information may be used to measure website performance, identify technical problems, improve content and make the online experience easier to use. Where appropriate, information collected for analytics is aggregated or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Security and compliance cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to protect accounts and services, identify unusual activity, help prevent unauthorised access, support age and eligibility controls and assist with the detection of fraud, abuse or other prohibited activity. These technologies may also help maintain records needed to meet legal, regulatory and operational obligations.
Advertising and marketing cookies
Where used and permitted, these cookies may help measure the effectiveness of campaigns, limit repeated advertising and show content that is more relevant to a visitor's interests. Marketing technologies may be operated by Won66 Casino or by advertising and measurement providers. They may collect information about browsing activity across websites or services. Marketing cookies will be handled according to the consent choices and requirements that apply to you.
3. Third-party services and information sharing
Some website functions may rely on third-party providers. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver hosting, security, analytics, payment-related functionality, customer support, communications, fraud prevention or other technical services. A third party may collect information about your device, browser, interactions with the website or the performance of a service.
Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Their use of information can be governed by rules that are different from those applying to Won66 Casino. You should review the relevant third-party information before enabling optional cookies or using an external service. Won66 Casino does not control every third-party website, application or technology that may be linked to or made available through its services.
Cookie information may be combined with other information that is collected when you use the website, create or access an account, contact support or participate in services. Such information may be used for security, service delivery, personalisation, analysis, legal compliance and the purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy. We aim to limit collection and use to information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Cookies do not give Won66 Casino permission to use personal information for every possible purpose. The way personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed is explained in the Privacy Policy. If there is an inconsistency between this Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy about personal information, the applicable privacy notice or legal requirement will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
4. Your cookie choices and browser settings
When available, a cookie banner or preference centre may allow you to accept optional cookies, reject them or choose categories of cookies. Your choices may be saved in a cookie or similar storage technology. If you clear your browser data, use a different browser or access the website from another device, you may need to set your preferences again.
You can usually manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, delete or restrict cookies, and may provide options for receiving a warning before a cookie is stored. Browser controls differ, so you should check the help or settings information for your browser and device. You may also be able to control some advertising preferences through tools provided by relevant advertising platforms.
- Blocking all cookies may prevent you from signing in, using account features or accessing parts of the website.
- Deleting cookies may remove saved preferences and may require you to repeat settings or verification steps.
- Disabling optional cookies may reduce website functionality, affect performance measurement or make some content less relevant.
- Cookie choices may apply only to the browser or device used to make the choice.
- Strictly necessary cookies may continue to operate because they support security, access and core service functions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your cookie settings reflect your preferences. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organisation, you should make sure that you have authority to accept or reject optional technologies on that device. Where consent is required, refusing optional cookies will not affect your legal rights, although it may affect the availability or quality of certain functions.
5. Updates, privacy and questions
Won66 Casino may update this Cookies Policy when its website, services, technologies, providers or legal obligations change. The updated version will be made available through the website and will show the relevant effective date where appropriate. You should review this page from time to time so that you understand how cookies and similar technologies are being used.
The website may contain links to external websites or services. This Cookies Policy does not apply to cookies placed by those external services unless expressly stated. External websites may have their own privacy notices, cookie policies and settings. You should consider those notices before providing information or enabling technologies on an external website.
If you have a question about this policy, your cookie preferences or the handling of personal information, please use the available support or privacy contact options provided on the Won66 Casino website. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a general enquiry. Requests may be subject to identity checks and any limits or exceptions permitted by applicable Australian privacy and gambling requirements.
By continuing to use the website after reviewing any applicable cookie notice, you acknowledge the use of strictly necessary cookies. Where consent is required for optional cookies, those cookies will be used in line with the choices you make through the available preference tools or your browser settings.
